Providing support for the use of a medical device communication interface

Brief description
Before a new medical instrument is launched on the market, the connection to a laboratory information system (LIS) must be tested to ensure proper integration into existing laboratories. The aim of the project is to support the testing department’s efforts to connect an LIS to the communication platform of a new instrument.
Supplement
To connect a company’s internal communication platform to an LIS, the configuration must be adapted to the network environment being used. An automated installer is then to be developed to perform this task in the final system when ready for delivery. Furthermore, support for connecting the first productive system on the customer’s premises is included.
