Supporting quality management

Brief description
The aim of the project is professional processing of compliance topics including process analysis, risk analysis, and assessment as well as measures to eliminate the identified weak points. Support is provided for the maintenance and extension of the international quality management (EMEA/LATAM). Creation SOP (SOP = Standard Operation Procedure) templates and checklists, preparation of results/pain points for management, and training for internal employees.
