Updating an Instrument for Measuring Coagulation

Brief description
The aim of the project is to overhaul and further develop an instrument for coagulation measurement. PTA is responsible for writing the technical requirements and consults on the product requirements and the process organization.
Supplement
As demanded by the customer, requirements are elaborated in Enterprise Architect and managed within HPQC. For Software-Development the requirements are synchronized to TFS. The project develops agile according to Kanban within a strongly regulated environment.
Subject description
Product requirements and technical requirements are elaborated in workshops with stakeholders from business, instrument development, reagent development, software development and customer service. The technical requirements refined and documented accordingly.
