Following the acquisition of market leaders such as, Hybris, Gigya, Coresystems and Callidus Cloud, SAP C/4HANA now combines solutions to support all front office functions, including consumer protection, marketing, retail, sales and customer service. It is an integrated portfolio of cloud solutions aimed at modernizing the pure sales focus of existing CRM products.
Supplemented by the numerous AI and IoT scenarios based on SAP Leonardo, real-time analysis and open microservice architecture, it creates considerable added value for the user companies: End-to-end processes for ERP and CRM across company divisions, since back-end integration in the direction of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA is already included.
