We support you in the implementation of SAP ERP solutions in project management, in the analysis and design of new business processes and the implementation of solutions. Based on decades of experience of successfully implemented projects, PTA GmbH has developed a sound understanding of project management. This is supplemented by carefully selected project management certificates. We have bundled our know-how in PTA’s own manual for project planning, project management and project control.
For the introduction of SAP standard software, our project management uses detailed process models that take into account ASAP from SAP as well as iterative and agile methods, as they were also integrated into ASAP 8 Agile. On the one hand, these are based on a PTA procedure model that has been tried and tested for years and successively developed further, and on the results and insights from our successful projects. New developments, as well as the consideration of industry-specific aspects, are constantly incorporated into the procedure model and guarantee our customers an optimal project flow.
We prefer to use the latest version of SAP Solution Manager as the tool for our SAP projects. Our project managers particularly appreciate the functions for project and test management, with which the current status of the work can be tracked and prepared for team and steering committee meetings.
