In cooperation with our sister company DATIS IT Services, we offer our customers not only the possibility of operating their SAP system in the DATIS computer centre and having it serviced around the clock by qualified, reliable employees. We also support you if you operate your SAP systems in your own computer centre or with another provider.
We can monitor the ongoing operation and, if necessary, carry out error analyses, as well as upgrades of the operating system and the database and import support packages or SAP Notes. We also take over the basic work in projects, in particular release and system changes and EHP (Enhancement Packages) upgrades as well as technical migrations.
We can also relieve you of the task of creating access authorisations and setting up and monitoring jobs, even if additional software systems such as SAP® Business Process Automation by Redwood (SAP BPA) are used.
