SAP ERP is the central module of SAP Business Suite, to which other solutions can also be docked. We have successfully implemented SAP SRM and SAP CRM for our customers. The following diagram shows a rough value-added process, how this can be implemented with SAP modules. In the following, we outline the range of experience that PTA can offer you with this.

SAP ERP comprehensively supports the business processes of many companies, although there are gaps in individual industries for which extensions are created. These can be created directly within SAP ERP or can be covered by upstream systems that are connected to SAP via convenient interfaces.

In addition to the standard variant, which is usually used by manufacturing companies, SAP offers Industrial Solutions (IS). Especially for the retail and automotive industries, we have profound professional and technical experience (e.g. for the communication between the applications used), so that we support customers with SAP Retail and SAP Automotive, but we have also created numerous interface solutions for IS-U (Utility) in the energy industry.

SAP solutions are considered complex and costly to operate.

Materials management (incl. warehouse)

The material master plays a particularly important role in SAP ERP, although here, too, different requirements in different industries have to be solved.

Production (including maintenance and QM)

In production planning and control (PPS), we support our customers in both discrete and process manufacturing (PP-PI module).

Sales and service (incl. shipping)

Especially in sales and distribution processing, the requirements of our customers in the individual industries lead to a multitude of extensions and improvements of the SAP standard.

Finance & Controlling

Due to the successful integration in SAP ERP, the values of the logistics processes are ultimately reflected in financial accounting (FI module) and, with corresponding additional account assignments, in controlling (CO module) and, if necessary, in project controlling (PS module).
