What we offer

PTA GmbH uses detailed, elaborated process models for the introduction of SAP ERP standard software, which take into account the respective manufacturer’s suggestions (e.g. ASAP from SAP) as well as iterative and agile methods. On the one hand, these are based on a PTA procedure model that has been tried and tested for years and has been successively developed further, as well as on the results and findings from our successful projects (see our project references). New developments, as well as the consideration of industry-specific aspects, are constantly incorporated into the procedure model and guarantee our customers an optimal project flow.
Furthermore, the implementation of additional requirements is possible with the help of individually created software. For this purpose, the development environment suitable for the respective software is used.

We support you in the implementation of ERP solutions in project management, in the analysis and design of new business processes and the implementation of solutions. In addition to taking over complete projects, cooperating with customers and partners, we also provide specialists for the configuration of specific business processes or the optimisation of functions and procedures.

We are also happy to take on advanced projects or delimitable subtasks. As in the case of a complete project planning, all our experience of many years of management consulting is at your disposal.
This experience also allows us to implement interface solutions to other application systems commonly used on the market. In addition to the development of interface control centres and monitoring functions, we also have in-depth knowledge of integration with Office environments, which can be used, for example, to design optimised sales documents (quotations, invoices) or to exchange data with Office tools such as MS Excel and MS Access.

After the introduction of the project has been successfully completed, we offer you both professional and technical support for the ongoing operation, including necessary further developments, optimisations and release upgrades. In doing so, we see ourselves in a position to set up and operate complete support organisations, including the user help desk and authorisation management.

Through our sister company DATIS IT Services, we can also offer you the operation of your SAP system including basic support.
