This data protection declaration is directed at all visitors to our websites and only applies to the content of our own websites. We cannot process an application by other means, e.g. by e-mail or contact form on these websites, as we are not in a position to comply with data protection regulations here. We therefore ask you to refrain from doing so. Thank you for your understanding!

etracker

The provider of this website uses services of etracker GmbH from Hamburg, Germany for the analysis of usage data. Cookies are used which enable a statistical analysis of the use of this website by its visitors as well as the display of use-related content or advertising. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the Internet browser on the user’s terminal device. etracker cookies do not contain any information that enables a user to be identified.
The data generated with etracker is processed and stored by etracker exclusively in Germany on behalf of the provider of this website and is thus subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards. etracker has been independently audited, certified and awarded the ePrivacy data protection seal of approval.
Data processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 para.1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the EU Basic Regulation on Data Protection (EU DSGVO). Our legitimate interest consists in the optimization of our online offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our visitors is particularly important to us, the IP address at etracker is anonymized as early as possible and login or device IDs at etracker are converted into a unique key that is not assigned to a person. etracker does not use it for any other purpose, combine it with other data or pass it on to third parties.

By connecting to Google in this way, Google can determine from which website your request has been sent and to which IP address the directions are to be transmitted.

YouTube

We use YouTube on our website. This is a video portal of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, hereinafter referred to as “YouTube”.

Google and its subsidiary YouTube guarantee that the data protection regulations of the EU will also be observed when processing data in the USA.

We use YouTube in conjunction with the “Advanced Privacy Mode” feature to show you videos. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our Internet presence. According to YouTube, the “Extended data protection mode” function means that the data specified below will only be transmitted to the YouTube server if you actually start a video.

Without this “Extended Privacy Policy”, a connection to the YouTube server in the USA will be established as soon as you access one of our Internet pages on which a YouTube video is embedded.

This connection is required in order to be able to display the respective video on our website via your Internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date and time as well as the website you visited. In addition, a connection to the Google advertising network “DoubleClick” is established.

If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the connection information to your YouTube account. If you wish to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.

For the purpose of functionality and analysis of usage behavior, YouTube permanently stores cookies via your Internet browser on your terminal. If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the storage of cookies by setting it in your Internet browser. Duration of data storage

When using the contact form, personal data is collected. Which data are this is evident from the contact form itself. These data are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of processing your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. After processing your request, the data will be deleted unless there is another legal basis for storing it.

Rights of the persons concerned: How can you interfere with the use of your personal data by us?

One of the main objectives of the DSGVO is to protect and make transparent the data protection rights of EU citizens and individuals within the EU. This means that you have various rights with regard to your data, even if you have already given it to us. These rights are described in more detail below.

If you wish to contact us in connection with these rights, please contact our data protection officer (see above). We will try to answer your inquiry as soon as possible, but at the latest within one month. Please note that we may keep records of our communications in this regard in order to better resolve any problems you raise.

Right to information, modification and deletion

You may at any time request confirmation from us as to what information we hold about you and ask us to change, update or delete this information. We may ask you to confirm your identity or ask for further information about your request.

If we grant you access to the information we hold about you, we will not charge you for it, unless your request is “manifestly unfounded or excessive”. If you request further copies of this information from us, we may charge you for reasonable administrative costs, if permitted by law.

If we comply with a valid request to delete data, we will take all reasonable or feasible measures to delete the data concerned.

We may reject your request if permitted by law. If we reject your request, we will give reasons for this in any case.

Right of objection

On the basis of this right, you can object to the processing of your personal data by us if we do so for one of the following four reasons: (i) our legitimate interests, (ii) to perform a task in the public interest or to exercise public authority, (iii) to send you direct marketing materials and (iv) for scientific, historical or statistical purposes or for research purposes.

The above categories “legitimate interests” and “direct mail” are the categories that best apply to visitors to our website. If you object to our processing your personal data because we consider it necessary for your legitimate interests, we will discontinue the relevant activities on the basis of your objection, unless:

  • we can prove that we have overriding legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, or
  • we process your data in order to assert, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Right to revoke consent

Right to limitation of processing

You may request that we limit the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of the personal data that we process about you. In this case, we will limit the processing of your personal data until the accuracy of the data has been verified.
  • If you object to the processing of your personal data by us in the interest of our legitimate interests. In this case, you may request that the data be restricted while we review our reasons for processing your personal data.
  • If the processing of your data by us is unlawful, but you prefer to restrict the processing by us instead of having the data deleted.
  • If there is no longer a need for us to process your personal data, but you do need the data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right to data transferability

If you wish, you are entitled to transfer your data from one person responsible to another. In the final analysis, this means that you can transfer your data to another person responsible at PTA. For this purpose, we provide you with the data in a standard machine-readable format. Alternatively, we can transfer the data directly for you if you provide us with the necessary information. The right to data transfer applies to personal data that we process automatically (i.e. without human intervention), to personal data that you have provided to us, and to personal data that we process on the basis of your consent or for the purpose of fulfilling a contract.
