AI-based Data Quality Center

Brief description
Data quality is key for business success. As a database grows it often contains duplicates and incomplete data. Among other things, this leads to lower productivity. A Data Cleansing Module cleanses duplicates automatically, even for large data sets, with optional manual control. A Data Enrichment Module enriches data by using AI and supports the user in manually creating data records.
Supplement
An AI-based platform provides various micro-services, which offer functions for data cleansing and data enrichment. These functions can be connected to various CRM systems using a generic REST service developed for this purpose. A connection to Salesforce CRM with Lightning components was implemented as a proof of concept.
Subject description
The AI-based Data Quality Center ensures a high validity of the cleansed and enriched data. It saves time by providing a seamless user experience for data acquisition directly in the CRM for further processing in the sales process and automatic research support.
