AI Initiative Prompt Engineering – Use Case Creation Management Summary
Brief description
The project supports sales activities by developing a specialized GPT for automatically creating a management summary, identifying and evaluating key skills, and listing relevant reference projects based on an employee profile and a project tender.
Supplement
As part of the project, a specialized GPT for the sales activities to be automated is being developed based on the GPT-5 language model and further adapted based on user feedback. To this end, the GPT's system prompt is being modified step by step, and for each modification, the resulting outcome and its quality are evaluated in the context of the planned application.
Subject description
The sales department already uses a GPT to automate the tasks involved in creating a management summary. The GPT created as part of this project is intended to provide a more powerful alternative that can support the sales department even better. GPT-5 is a language model used by OpenAI's ChatGPT chatbot to generate and understand human-like text.
