In order to better find tenders that are relevant to a company, an AI-supported pipeline is being developed that collects tender data and organises it in a structured manner. The problem is that tender data is often scattered across subpages and hidden in documents that first have to be downloaded. The manual effort required to compile this data is considerable. The aim is to organise the data into a flat structure so that it is clear at a glance whether it makes sense to participate in a tender or not.
Subject description
The project aims to develop an AI-based pipeline that automatically identifies, collects, and organizes relevant tenders for the company. Currently, tender-related data is often scattered across various subpages or hidden in downloadable documents, requiring a significant amount of manual effort to compile and analyze. The pipeline is designed to centralize this data and convert it into a clear, flat structure, enabling the suitability and benefits of participating in a tender to be assessed at a glance. This accelerates the selection process and significantly improves the basis for decision-making for the company.
