Analysis Endur greenfield implementation
Project duration: 2 months
Brief description
The customer would like to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of a complete new Endur implementation (greenfield) compared to an evolutionary enhancement (including clean-up and rebuilding activities). Within a workshop together with representatives of the involved business departments both approaches shall be investigated, analysed and evaluated. Finally, a draft proposal for a decision by the management will be developed.

During the workshop, the focus was on technical and professional support for the business people as well as on the role as representative of the Endur team.
