Brief description
Analysis of the heterogeneous software landscape of a customer department to prepare the takeover by the central department of software application development. The support of a multitude of historically grown administration applications based on MS Office and VB6 must continue after the departure of the previous service provider. Necessary adjustments for the integration of these applications into the company-wide IT strategy are developed and estimated for implementation.
