Analysis of the organizational structure and process organization at the social welfare office and youth welfare office, with particular regard to data processing support (methods) for processes. Analyzing weaknesses and developing a target conceptual design.
Supplement
In cooperation with the city controlling division at the municipality, proposals are developed for using technology-supported information processing in social administration.
Subject description
The analysis includes the entire task area of the social welfare office in youth and social welfare. The work is based on the regulations of the BSHG Federal Social Assistance Act.
