Brief description
As part of the project, a solution for analyzing and managing chatbot analytics data was designed and implemented. This included developing a REST API web service for the structured storage of chatbot analytics and usage data in an Azure SQL database. Based on the stored data, Power BI reports were also created, providing a transparent analysis of chatbot usage as well as visualizing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.

In addition, an application was provided that enables the automated deletion of the stored evaluation data after a defined period in order to meet data management and data protection requirements.
Subject description
A solution for the structured analysis and management of chatbot data was developed for a public transport company. The goal was to evaluate the use of digital customer service more transparently and to gain data-driven insights for improving service quality. Power BI analyses visualize key performance indicators, usage patterns, and trends in chatbot interactions, supporting the company in continuously optimizing its digital customer service.
