Brief description
Notifications that have been in the system for more than three years should be deleted. To do this, you must first carry out an actual analysis for a specific company code. The focus here is on the composition of the notification numbers.

In order to analyze and finally evaluate the data, the data will be exported from the AVIK spreadsheet to Excel by the end of 2018. The issue here is the amount of data causing the system to crash when running. The run must be split up and exported to several Excel lists. With the help of object attributes, certain fields in various tables are to be checked in order to find the composition of the advice number. Only debit-side processes such as payment runs, dunning processes and correspondence are analyzed.
Subject description
After the analysis, the results were presented within the SAP team and the next steps were taken to delete the notification numbers.
