Applications for surgery management

Brief description
The OR documentation and OR plans entered in the ORBIS hospital information system of Agfa HealthCare are transferred to the connected SAP BW every night. The three applications 'OR plan stability', 'Transfer time between 2 ORs' and 'OR capacity utilization per department' access this database using SAP HANA CalculationViews.
Supplement
The implementation using SAP HANA CalculationViews allows the data to be made available in real time for reporting in SAP Lumira Designer applications despite complex processing logic – including consideration of opening and closing times of operating rooms, public holidays etc.

The applications are used to support OR management in checking and optimizing OR room occupancy (utilization).
