Assistance with creation of the requirements specifications and evaluation of the quotations and systems presented in connection with the selection of standard software for supporting the billing tasks of a network operator.
Subject description
The dynamic in the liberalized energy market and the legal and regulatory requirements often lead to changes in settlement processes of a network operator. The objective of the project is the selection and procurement of standard software suitable for this complex and dynamic environment to be used to support invoice preparation.The system is intended to support the billing processes for all specific products of the network operator, with the exception of the EEG apportionment, that is, In particular regulatory power (PRL, SRL and MRL), transboundary transport capacities, loss energy, unintended exchange (interconnection billing) and all other apportionments (KWKG, §19 (2)…).
