Assurance operation of MS SQL Server

Brief description
In addition to ensuring operation, installation, license management and bids management, the MS SQL server used by the customer is also responsible for organizing the reassignment of instances to other IT departments in the context of a new corporate strategy.
Supplement
The customer uses a three-figure number of MS SQL Server instances in various editions and versions. These are installed on dedicated servers and also in a private cloud. Operation of these servers is ensured. This involves processes based on Scrum. Furthermore, in order to rearrange the IT, the individual instances are assigned to subsidiaries and transferred to new departments. Processes based on Scrum are also used here.
Subject description
The 2nd and 3rd level operation of the MS SQL server includes simple databases and also BI applications, SSIS loading routes, performance measurements, incident handling, new installations, migration support, user management and consulting. The individual servers have a wide variety of application purposes.
