Automated testing of a Clarify CRM application with Compuware Products

After the business processes are analyzed, a concept is created that describes the test structure, the configuration of the test environment, test data management and reporting. A feasibility study is carried out to describe the integration of the automated tests into the existing release and rollout management. In a pilot stage, tests consisting of scripts and XML data files for the test data and test plans are developed.
