Avatar advisor for the data exchange platform
Brief description
AI based support for inquiries to the data acceptance and distribution office of a data exchange platform. An AI controlled avatar is intended to provide basic information and answer specific inquiries as effectively as possible in natural dialogue based on the provided content. Information on potential disruptions is to be integrated via a disruption status website and taken into account when answering corresponding inquiries.
Supplement
Creation and integration of an avatar chatbot on the customer website. Incorporation of customer specific information as part of a RAG approach using provided documents containing questions and answers. Set up of the required infrastructure on the STACKIT Cloud and creation of a deployment script for Kubernetes. Selection and configuration of the required large language model LLM. Selection and integration of an interactive avatar from HeyGen. Conceptual design testing and documentation of the solution as well as iterative improvement of the approach.
Subject description
The customer from the healthcare sector receives numerous inquiries regarding the operation of its data exchange platform for health insurance companies. To reduce the workload of the service staff an avatar is intended to handle the majority of inquiries and only hand over to a human employee in a small number of cases. A particular challenge lies in the use of a large language model LLM while avoiding statements relevant to data protection.
