The resulting documentation is made available to the customer in the customer's own Enterprise Architect (EA) and serves the departments involved as a basis for supplementing or improving the professional requirements of the software system and for user acceptance tests. Furthermore, it serves as a tool for software development to understand professional processes and recognize side effects at an early stage. For testers, for example, regression and system tests can be derived. Overall, the 'know-how' of the application, which was previously only stored in the source code, is subsequently written down in documentation, which is thus available to all stakeholders in a generally understandable and readable form without programming knowledge.
