Brief description
To analyze requirements and assess the effort involved in a planned functional enhancement, the functional actual and target process are modeled in various BPMN and UML diagram types. The documentation created is used for a visualization to ensure a shared understanding and basis for discussions with the customer.
Supplement
Creating BPMN and UML diagrams in Enterprise Architect, and making these available to the project team in the form of HTML documentation. In particular, use case diagrams, class diagrams and a domain model are created to visualize the need for adjustments in detail. The modeling is based on project documentation and targeted communication with the customer.

The documentation is used to assess the time and effort associated with adjusting the process and enhancing the functions.
