Brief description
Business area planning is intended to incorporate the results of group-wide internal service settlement. A tool to perform and coordinate the planning process is being developed, along with the necessary input interfaces.
Subject description
To improve planning reliability, interfaces are implemented to take into account the results of upstream planning of direct and project costs relevant to the calculation. Distribution of employee-driven services is standardized through statistical key figures according to unitary specifications. The calculation is performed in the application as standard; alternatively, budget data can also be configured via upload. Aim: Coordination between the service provider and service recipient takes place online within the framework of a standardized information flow.
