Communication and calculation platform variable remuneration. Implementation of a workflows via e-mail and Notes databases. Automatic creation of Excel sheets from Notes. Sending of e-mails with corresponding links. Saved download of Excel sheets via browser and completion by users. Send back sheets and automated copying of data to the Notes application.

Settlement groups refer to assignments from employees with the option for individual calculation of variable remuneration with summary at departmental, company and corporate level. Data exchange via intranet, Lotus Notes and Excel files.
Subject description
Lotus Domino application with the option to access at intranet level. Domino Excel and Excel Domino connection. Calling of Excel files via URL from the intranet. Receipt of Excel files via mail and copying of data to the employee documents. Provision of a KNB with question and answer integration via the intranet.
