Coaching and consulting for project manager
Project duration: 7 months
Brief description
The functional task of the project is to introduce notification software and integrate it into the existing system landscape, with the main components master data management, EuroMistral and Seeburger EDI. As the customer's project manager is performing this function for the first time, he is provided with continuous, methodical support by PTA.
Supplement
The support from PTA involves a stakeholder analysis, requirements management, developing a suitable communication plan, chairing meetings and coaching in handling opposition and obstacles in the course of the project.
Subject description
The notification platform enables the customer to control shipping and the delivery time for orders, and it opens up a communication channel (by SMS and email) to make the necessary arrangements. From a technical perspective, this results in a series of states for an order (e.g. 'notified successfully', 'no confirmation from recipient') that have to be transferred to the existing transport management system.
