In the preliminary stage, the customer receives support in calling for tenders for a new IT system, specifically in creating target processes, formulating the requirements in the technical specifications and in assessing feasibility.

Subsequent assignment of the requirements to processes. To achieve this, a method is developed to enable simple creation of technical requirements with the support of tools.
