Brief description
In the preliminary stage, the customer receives support in calling for tenders for a new IT system, specifically in creating target processes, formulating the requirements in the technical specifications and in assessing feasibility.

The following key work packages are carried out: Viewing existing actual documentation and pre-formulated requirement. Apportioning this information to the process description and requirements. Subsequent assignment of the requirements to processes. To achieve this, a method is developed to enable simple creation of technical requirements with the support of tools.
Subject description
The customer receives feedback on the design of target processes and the feasibility of requirements. In addition, a structured method is presented for process-based specifications creation for subsequent steps.
