Coaching of an agile team

Consulting of an interdisciplinary team for agile working methods, which works within a non-agile organization. In addition to imparting methodological knowledge, the team is given orientation in case of ambiguities as well as decision-making aids for questions. Furthermore, based on observations, impulses and suggestions are given to improve the team's own way of working as well as the surrounding conditions. For this purpose, the development and strengthening of the agile mindset within the organization is also worked towards.
