Brief description
As part of the introduction of a new ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) system, the Sales Control division is to use the functions of the ETRM application in addition to procurement. PTA supports the creation of the functional requirements and the redesign of the application landscape required by the ETRM implementation. In this project, the ETRM functionalities to be used for controlling the sales portfolio are identified and the effects of the introduction of the ETRM system on the system landscape of the Sales Control area are determined.

The PTA prepares the process map as well as the actual application landscape of the sales management department and supports the department in ascertaining the functional requirements in the form of the target processes as well as the relevant elements of the business model. Based on the analysis of the processes, the elements of the business model and the applications used, the future business transactions, process steps and interfaces to be supported by the ETRM system are identified. At the same time, the requirements are coordinated with the ETRM manufacturer.
Subject description
The customer is supported in the modelling of process maps, target processes, application landscapes and the analysis of the relevant elements of the business model. These results serve as a basis for the identification of the required functional requirements for an ETRM system by the sales management department. The result of the project is a requirement document as a basis for the preparation of the concepts for the implementation of the requirements by the ETRM manufacturer.
