Concept for multi-client support of a monolithic application

Brief description
A concept is developed for an application that was previously operated as a monolithic single-position system; the concept allows for various expansion stages of the application. This enables the application to be used at different workstations. The integration of the surrounding IT infrastructure is also taken into account.
Subject description
In retail branches, it is useful to have access to back-end systems from various workstations in order to optimize travel paths. This makes it possible to perform work at the optimum workstation in each case. It reduces unnecessary physical movement between workstations and saves on work steps, enabling optimized processes in daily business at the branch.
