Brief description
Source data from connected CRM, ERP and other source systems is imported to the supported EMEA data warehouse (EDW). The source data is consolidated, if necessary, and then made available to connected data marts.
Supplement
The support includes configuration of the interfaces associated with the system (incoming and outgoing) that is necessary (the configuration) due to adaptations or, specifically for outgoing interfaces, due to version upgrades of the connected data marts. This also includes creating the necessary changes and their tasks, in which these activities are documented. In addition, incidents are used to analyze and correct documented malfunctions in interfaces.
