Configuration and support for data warehouse 2017

The support includes the necessary configuration of the databases (relational and multidimensional) and interfaces (incoming and outgoing) associated with the systems. This configuration is necessary due to adaptations or, specifically for outgoing interfaces, due to version upgrades of the connected data marts. This also includes creating the necessary changes and their tasks, in which these activities are documented. In addition, interface malfunctions documented by means of incidents are analyzed and corrected, and queries (service calls or incidents) from domestic and foreign subsidiaries are processed, including creation of reports.
