Configuration and support for enterprise data warehouse 2018

The support includes the necessary configuration of the relational databases and interfaces (inbound and outbound) associated with this enterprise data warehouse (EDW). This configuration is necessary due to the setup of new interfaces, adaptations caused by modifications in used source systems or, particularly for outbound interfaces, due to version upgrades of the connected data marts. This also includes the creation of necessary change requests and their tasks where these activities are documented. In addition, interface malfunctions documented by means of incidents are analyzed and corrected, and inquiries (service calls or incidents) from domestic and foreign subsidiaries are processed.
