Brief description
A customer from the retail sector who sells construction machines and associated services is introducing SAP ERP 6.07 on HANA with the help of an external partner. PTA is commissioned to provide project support and project documentation and to configure SAP Solution Manager 7.2. In addition to providing the requirements management and change management processes, PTA is to configure solution management and solution documentation. Furthermore, employees are to be qualified in the use of Solution Manager 7.2 in customer training courses.

The following specific functions are configured in Solution Manager: Solution documentation, solution management, requirements management and change management. In addition, training courses are prepared and offered for solution documentation and solution management.
