Construction financing redesign

Brief description
At the beginning of 2011, the customer decided to redesign the architecture of the existing construction finance application. This redesign became necessary because as an Application Service Provider (ASP), the customer must deal with an increasing number of ASP clients with very different requirements. The redesign should be checked and assessed against jointly-established requirements.

The assessment is performed in the following steps: 1) Joint development of requirements. 2) Assessment of current redesign (concept papers, discussion with architects, case-by-case code analysis). 3) Final report with assessment
Subject description
The application is used for construction financing. It is designed as a Web application for end users, agents/agency organization and primarily supports the application process in the back office.
