Brief description
Sales personnel record and maintain contact partners locally in an existing, customer-developed CRM tool. These contact partners are to be loaded to the SAP customer master data and updated at regular intervals.

The data is prepared and retrieved in a form defined according to the content, time and location. This data is then subjected to a delta analysis in SAP and subsequently updated.
Subject description
In general, the SAP system is the leading system in the customer system landscape. There are defined interfaces for distributing data from SAP to the customized CRM system. Where technically expedient, exceptional cases such as maintaining contact partner data mean that leading data is created in ways that are not standard in the CRM tool. The customer has requested that nothing be changed in the CRM tool and no new interfaces created. For this reason, the delta determination and processing will be carried out in the target system (SAP).
