First analysis of current and new business processes, functions, reports, interfaces, information objects / data models, batch processes, and boundaries. Creation of a corporate data model. The cost estimate and the specification developed provide a basis for planning the upcoming consolidation of existing IT infrastructure in the vendor area.

The program is designed as an overall program that covers the company's accounts payable area as an individually-developed ERP solution. It is based on an analysis of the level of coverage of SAP or BAAN standard software. The low level of coverage highlighted the need for an individual solution.
