Creating a calculation kernel for the performance of a life insurance policy in TypeScript

Brief description
Within the framework of a web-based project for a life insurance offer, the development of the monthly benefit of an annuity-based life insurance policy will be visualised to the interested party.
Supplement
The interested parties are to be shown the development of their life insurance over time, in particular with regard to a monthly pension, in pictorial form via various parameters (payments, capital interest, etc.). This enables the interested parties to directly recognise the influence of the amount of payments on the monthly pension at retirement. The calculation kernel provides the necessary values for display in a web browser. The responsive interface also makes this possible on mobile devices.
Subject description
The client hopes to be able to address a broader clientele with the project, especially people from the young clientele who predominantly use mobile end devices. The (simulated) values shown should not fall short of the values actually determined when the contract is concluded.
