The project involves creating and updating test documentation for several applications in accordance with internally specified templates. These templates are regularly revised to meet regulatory requirements and ensure that the software development documentation is up to date and of high quality.

Due to numerous regulatory requirements, comprehensive quality assurance is essential for the software used by the custodian. The software development documentation must comply with strict internal guidelines, which are regulated by standardized templates. These templates are regularly updated to meet current requirements. As part of the project, the existing application test documentation for several applications used by the custodian was migrated to the latest templates. Since these templates contained significant adjustments and enhancements, extensive coordination with development departments and specialist areas was necessary. In addition, a new workflow was defined and agreed upon with the employees involved, as the updated templates required adjustments to the previous processes.
Subject description
The custodian plays a central role in monitoring and controlling fund assets in accordance with regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to compliance with statutory and contractual investment limits. Due to regulatory requirements, the software development documentation for all applications used or managed by the custodian must always be up to date.
