Creation of a new international CRM data warehouse

Brief description
A data warehouse solution based on MS Dynamics 2011 is created and rolled out. The CRM data is combined with other data sources, such as SAP BW, consolidated and made available for reporting as relational information and OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) cubes. As the data warehouse contains information from various countries, an appropriate security concept is implemented in the databases.
