CSRD Annual Sustainability Report

Brief description
The CSRD sustainability report for 2024 and 2025 required by the EU necessitates the technical definition of KPIs for all specific qualitative and quantitative parameters, such as emissions and CO2 reductions, as well as the rules for calculating them and the data to be used, in collaboration with KPMG auditors. PTA supports the enterprise architects in their task of providing technical support for the project, providing suitable IT infrastructure, and handling the entire data collection process.

Support in the role of a 'CSRD Project Enterprise Architect' for all IT requirements resulting from the technical aspects; web information and questionnaire collection, data entry, and editorial solutions with appropriate software selection. One focus was on modeling the necessary data structures required for the structured collection and storage of the information to be gathered. A prototypical interim solution was created and made available to the departments for support. The interim solution was further expanded in terms of technical and IT structure for 2025 and implemented in subject-specific multi-level Excel spreadsheets for each subject-specific KPI.
