Customer Requirements Elicitation: Low Through-put diagnostic instrument

Brief description
The goal of the customer is to create a product family which consists of a high-, mid- and low-through-put version. The first two versions are already in the market. In order to fulfil the next step, the task of this project is to elicit and document the customer requirements of different customer segments (Microbiology, Women's Health, Oncology, and Immunology) and the technical stakeholder of the instrument.
Supplement
The project starts with the analysis of the existing customer requirements for the product. Later various workshops and meetings are performed to collect the new requirements. The technical stakeholders consist of Customer Support, IT Security, Development, etc and are complemented with Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
