Design and development of a data warehouse (DWH) for an Oracle-based laboratory information system (LIS). The DWH separates data preparation and reporting of the LIS and offers third party systems interfaces for their data.

Important functions are the data preparation in independent structures concerning LIS, the performanant analysis of these data and the ability of incremental storage of changing data and their history.
Subject description
The system supports an incremental ETL process (extract – transfer – load) und historization of data. It is based on a classical star scheme, build in modules and prepared for coming extensions.
