Database for collect calls

Brief description
A database (blocked list) must be created for copying telephone numbers that are to be blocked by collect call services for inbound collect calls. Messages can include both blocks or deletions of numbers previously to be blocked.
Subject description
Tasks in the number management area are derived from telecommunications legislation or changes to the same. For telephone connections where the person called is charged the connection fee (collect calls), payments cannot be charged to the caller. Because this is not allowed, a block list is maintained with numbers to be blocked by collect call services for inbound collect calls. End customers can ask their telecommunications service providers to add their numbers to the lists of blocked numbers.
