Brief description
PTA supports the customer in the administration of the Oracle databases and the associated infrastructure. These are databases of versions 11g and 12c, which are run on Oracle Enterprise Linux VMs. In addition to securing day-to-day business in the form of incidents and service requests, monitoring of the infrastructure with Oracle Cloud Control will be expanded. In addition to databases and DB-related products, this includes all hosts, services and metric extensions.
Supplement
In addition to the continuous monitoring of the application infrastructure, monthly reports on the solutions are generated. In order to fulfill the aspirations for automated report generation, all relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) were implemented and time-controlled in a uniform report using the BI Publisher tool.
