DataWarehouse 2010 support

In the data warehouse connected to SAP and Clarify, ERP and CRM data is formatted and made available for analyses. The support project includes supervising the databases (relational and multidimensional) and interfaces belonging to the system, making adjustments and expansions, and processing inquiries relating to these (service calls) from subsidiaries in Germany and abroad, as well as upgrading existing systems to new versions.
