Development of a web application for the migration coordination of a decentralized CRM system

The CRM system to be replaced was operated decentrally in the insurance agencies (several thousand individual systems) and is being migrated into several centrally hosted CRM web applications. The infrastructure used for the migration can only perform a certain number of migrations simultaneously. The application developed in the project allows the migrations to be planned and executed over a period of several months. The scheduling coordination of the migrations is carried out in the application by migration managers, who define time periods in which a specified number of migrations should be conducted (e.g., 100 migrations in a particular calendar week). These time periods are then assigned to insurance agencies that can and should migrate during these periods.
