Development of a Web Application in order to maintain billing runs

Brief description
The client needs to replace the existing PHP application with a modern, maintainable and future-proof application. The new application to be developed is a tool that can be used to conveniently configure billing runs for the central transport management system. In addition, it is possible to import configuration files via CSV and to generate plans based on a predefined business logic and store them in a target table in the database. PTA is responsible for developing the application and coordinating the project.
Supplement
Initially, the legacy application is analyzed to estimate the effort required for the new development. The resulting user stories are estimated on an hourly basis. The new application is divided into front-end and back-end. The front end is a SPA that communicates with the back end via a REST API, with data storage continuing to be carried out in the existing Informix database. Technologically, the new application is based on Quarkus, Kotlin and Svelte.
