Since Aligne currently communicates exclusively via a SOAP interface, the solution must be implemented in such a way that reliable transmission using this technology is guaranteed. For systems with REST connectivity, the existing integration remains unchanged. The implementation ensures that all systems are informed of confirmations consistently and promptly, regardless of the interface technology used. Automated forwarding improves data quality, reduces sources of error and makes downstream processes run more smoothly. The specialist departments can concentrate on processing the content and do not have to solve technical problems.
